CANCELLATION POLICY

Forever Aura Skincare is committed to clear boundaries, professional care, and fair, transparent policies that protect your time, and ours. These guidelines are built from real experiences to ensure mutual respect, safety, and integrity in every client interaction. By booking an appointment, submitting intake forms, or purchasing a service, product, or plan, you agree to all Forever Aura Skincare Terms of Service. ▪︎ Intake, Payment & Booking Requirements All clients must complete an updated intake form, sign the service agreement, and upload valid photo identification before receiving any services. Intake forms must be filled out honestly and while in a clear mental state. Failure to disclose health changes or medications may result in immediate dismissal and full service fees. A valid debit or credit card is required on file to reserve appointments and authorize charges related to services, no-shows, late arrivals, cancellations, and other applicable policies. Gift cards and third-party payments are subject to the same policies. Please use digital gift cards to gift a service. ▪︎ Late Arrival Policy A 5-minute grace period is provided. After that, a $25 late fee is added to your balance. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and appointment cannot be completed, your appointment may be canceled and 95% of the service total will be charged. Repeated lateness may result in permanent dismissal from the practice. As your provider, if I am ever more than 15 minutes late for your service, the same policy applies in reverse: I will either upgrade your treatment or deduct an appropriate amount from your service cost. ▪︎ Cancellations & Rescheduling You must cancel or reschedule at least 73 hours in advance of your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 72 hours or less will be charged 95% of the service total and will forfeit any booking fee. Clients are allowed one booking transfer within a 7-day window with proper notice. After that, a new booking fee is required. All manual booking requests made via text, or email are subject to a $25 administrative fee, paid before any change is processed. ▪︎ Interference of Care Your results matter, and the following may interfere with treatment: - Undisclosed use of active products, facials or treatments with another provider. - Recent waxing, lash, hair, tattoo, injections, or chemical services. - Any external service not performed by Forever Aura Skincare within 14 days of your appointment. - Failure to disclose may result in same-day cancellation and full service fee charged. ▪︎ Payment Policies & Card Authorization All services, sales, products, and courses are final sale and non-refundable. Late invoices are subject to a $25 monthly fee (up to $75 max) and must be cleared before rebooking. Clients attempting chargebacks without contacting us first will be permanently dismissed and pursued for fees via all applicable channels. Booking implies consent to card-on-file processing for all outlined policies. ▪︎ After-Hours & Holiday Appointments Appointments requested outside of regular hours will incur a $200 After-Hours Fee. Holiday appointments incur a $100 Holiday Fee. If both apply, a $300 combined fee will be charged at booking. These are non-refundable and due in full. This applies to appointments that also roll over outside of business hours, to avoid this, simply book in advance during regular hours. ▪︎ Memberships, Bundles & Subscription Terms Missed membership appointments do not roll over, just like a gym membership. A $50 Late Change Fee applies to rescheduling prepaid plans or packages within the 72-hour window. Cancellations must be submitted via email and scheduled using the cancellation request form online: - 30 days’ notice for memberships. - 7 days’ notice for subscriptions. ▪︎ Rewards, Discounts & Military Policy Loyalty points, birthday redemptions, and referral rewards cannot be stacked, transferred, or applied after booking. These rewards do not apply to microneedling, herbal peels, or subscription boxes. Military discounts ($10–$15 off) are available with valid ID but cannot be combined with other offers or memberships. ▪︎ Advance Treatment Expectations A consultation is required for all new clients, as well as returning clients who have had a 60-day lapse in treatments and are not currently on a full home care regimen, before booking advanced or corrective services. Active home care use is closely monitored and typically restocked every 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the item. Clients who have paused or discontinued home care will be required to resume and use the correct regimen consistently for a minimum of 30 days, along with a maintenance treatment during that time, before progressing to advanced treatment. If you are unsure if this applies to you, simply email us. This does not apply to maintenence treatments. Cients who fail to adhere to this policy will have their appointment canceled and will forfeit any deposits, booking fees, or payments made. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under these circumstances. ▪︎ Policy Enforcement Forever Aura Skincare reserves the right to revise, update, or enforce these policies at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing current terms via the booking site or email. Continued engagement implies agreement. Full Terms of Service will be sent to all clients via email after securing their appointment slot for full review. It is the client’s responsibility to review all policies prior to booking. Failure to read or acknowledge these policies does not exempt you from their enforcement. All policies will be upheld in full, without exception.
